All vehicle prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.
A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. The deposit is applied toward the purchase price. The deposit is fully refundable if financing is not approved. The deposit is non-refundable if the buyer cancels after financing approval without cause.
Financing approval is not guaranteed. CarX360 is not a lender. Financing applications are reviewed by our team and may be submitted to third-party lenders. Approval decisions are at the sole discretion of the financing party.
All vehicles are sold in the condition described in the listing. CarX360 does not offer an express warranty unless explicitly stated. Buyers acknowledge they have reviewed the vehicle description and condition prior to purchase.
Vehicles are delivered to CarX360 delivery centers. Actual delivery timelines may vary. CarX360 is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarX360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the purchase of a vehicle.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
