How does financing work? +

After reserving a car, you can submit a financing application online. Our team reviews it and gets back to you within 1 business day. We work with multiple lenders to find you the best rate. You can also skip financing and pay in full at pickup.

How do I sign the contract? +

Once financing is approved (or you choose to pay in full), our team sends you a digital contract via email. You can sign it from any device. No need to come in person.

Where do I pick up my car? +

After signing, you'll schedule a pickup at a CarX360 delivery center near you. We ship the car from our facility to your chosen location. You'll receive updates every step of the way.

How does selling my car work? +

Fill out our online form with your car's details and photos. You'll get an instant estimate range immediately. Our team reviews and sends a confirmed final offer within 24 hours. If you accept, we'll coordinate pickup.

What condition are your cars in? +

All CarX360 vehicles go through a thorough inspection. Each listing includes the condition rating (Excellent, Good, or Fair), mileage, and full description so you know exactly what you're buying.

Is my payment information secure? +

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses bank-level encryption. We never store your card information on our servers.
